All Commissions are for personal use only.

Do not claim my work as your own. This includes erasing my watermark.

I reserve all rights to my art and may add any to my portfolio and/or my social media.

Do not use my art for NFTs, AI training or any commercial use.

Posting your commission is allowed with proper crediting.

My Turn Around Time is usually from 3 days to 2 weeks depending the complexity of the piece. If I need more time I'll notify you.

Please have a good idea in mind for what you want in your artwork. Posing, expression, clothing, etc are greatly appreciated !.

Deadlines are only accepted if they go over my T.A.T.

Clients are limited to 3 big changes before I move to color/rendering.

If you want WIPs, please request them ! Otherwise I'll send 3 (Sketch/LineArt/Color) if the artwork is over a Clean Sketch.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

Payments are via Paypal (USD) or Transferencia Bancaria (MXN)

Payments under $20 are full upfront payment.

Payments over $20 are 50% upfront and the rest after the artwork is finished.

Payment must be done before 72 hours after I accept your commission.

Full refunds are only possible if you decide to cancel the commission before I start drawing.

If for any reason I can't finish the artwork, you will be given the unfinished piece plus a refund depending how much is done.

No refunds after an artwork is finished. You can ask for small changes but any big change will add to the cost.
